PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact glass equipped by the image reading apparatus of an image recording/processing device such as a copier with two or more functions. SOLUTION: In the cross-section of a contact glass 18 which shows a configuration of transparent members subjected to conduction processing and stainproof processing, when a stain-proof processed layer 502 is superposed on a conduction-processed layer 501, conduction/stainproof performance may deteriorates because a combination of the contact glass 18 and the stain-proof processed layer 502 is different. But, when a conductive/stainproof performance hardly deteriorates, a process of superposing the stainproof processed layer 502 on the conduction-processed layer 501 is simple and preferable.
