PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device of a slot-in system, in which both the two kinds of disks, of which the diameters differ can be loaded automatically and drive can be performed, and thinning can be performed. SOLUTION: The disk device, where a disk inserted by a plurality of arms in which transport can be performed, by supporting the outer peripheral edges of two kinds of disks of which the diameters are different is loaded inside the disk device, or the disk housed inside the device is carried to the outside of the device, and a loading member that transmits drive force to at least one arm in the plurality of arms is provided with a guide groove where an arm performing transport of a large-diameter disk is driven and controlled, and a guide groove with which an arm performing transport of a small-diameter disk is driven and controlled.
