PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of reinforcing security. SOLUTION: This communication device is provided with a human body detection sensor 2 detecting a human body approaching to a device main body, a presence/absence selection part 3 for making selection between presence and absence, an address registration part 4 registering a mail address of a report destination, a determination part 5 determining an illegal intruder when the human body sensor 2 detects a human body while absence is selected by the absence/presence selection part 3, a communication control part 6 controlling communication to the report destination registered in the address registration part 4 when the illegal intruder is determined by the determination part 5, and a message storage part 7 storing a message to be sent by mail communication to the report destination from the communication control part 6.
