AROMATIC POLYAMIDE AND FIBER COMPOSED OF THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polyamide and a fiber composed of the same in which dispersibility of carbon nanotubes is significantly improved and thereby mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tensile modulus are improved as much as possible. SOLUTION: The aromatic polyamide with carbon nanotubes dispersed therein is obtained by condensation polymerization of an aromatic diamine component with carbon nanotubes anchored to the surface thereof and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component.
