PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety implement for hanging of a structure and a hanging method of the structure using with the same capable of reducing man-hour for hoisting, rotating, and raising the structure without interference of a wire rope with an obstacle provided on the structure. SOLUTION: The implement 1 for hanging is composed of a body part 3 wherein a top part ring 4a and a lower part ring 4b are provided, and balances 5a, 5b which are fixed to both sides of the body part 3 and wherein receiving frames 6a, 6b are inclinably provided on the tip end part through a hinge part 8.
