PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack folding containers in a stable condition by allowing the horizontal movement of the folding container located above to be suppressed when another folding container is stacked on the folding container assembled in a box shape. SOLUTION: In the folding container having a bottom part 1, one opposing side wall 2 which is hinge-connected to one opposing bank part 1a of the bottom part, and another opposing side wall 3 which is hinge-connected to another opposing bank part 1b higher than the bank part, a lower fitting pedestal part 1f is formed on the higher bank part, and a fitting space capable of fitting a fitting projecting piece 3d protruded from an upper end flange of a side wall which is hinge-connected to the higher bank part is formed in the lower fitting pedestal part.
