<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide convenience for quality management in strip manufacture by sensing a change in blood injection rate by that a sensor gets close to a usable time limit while significantly reducing the probability that a user obtains wrong information by significantly reducing the dependency by hematocrit value difference of blood by fluidity information of a sample and non-steadily classifying a blood sample with low fluidity or high fluidity, and to provide a blood glucose measuring method using an electrochemical biosensor, having an advantage that a blood sample can be rapidly and constantly introduced without pretreatment process to accurately and quickly reply a measurement result of blood glucose in several seconds from a small amount of sample collected from a person. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical biosensor is provided with a converse-type thin-layer electrochemical cell (strip sensor). The electrochemical cell comprises an opposed type a working electrode formed on a flat insulating substrate; a fluidity sensing electrode sensing fluidity of an injected sample; an auxiliary electrode; and a reaction reagent layer containing an electron transfer medium, an oxidation enzyme, and the like.
