<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure capable of preventing wear from occurring on a pinion shaft even under severe traveling conditions where very high speed rotation is forced to perform. <P>SOLUTION: This lubricating structure comprises a ring gear R3, a sun gear S3, a pinion P3, a pinion shaft ps fixed to a carrier Cr3, a needle roller n disposed between the outer periphery of the pinion shaft ps and the inner periphery of the pinion P3 and rotatably supporting the pinion P3, a shaft proximity part having a plurality of cages r positioned on its pinion shaft side to lubricate the peripheral part of the pinion shaft ps in a planetary gear PG3 having the cages r holding the needle rollers n, and a shaft separated part positioned apart from the pinion shaft.
