<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data operation system not allowing a user to infringe a copyright, a portrait right or the like unconsciouly, and allowing a management side to omit a troublesome job such as restriction on the bringing-in of a camera, in a control system performing access control by use of an RFID. <P>SOLUTION: In the system performing access control in an area by a non-contact IC means, a recording medium comprising the non-contact IC means, a volatile memory, and a detachable nonvolatile memory is loaded in a digital camera (including a cellphone). When bringing the camera in the area and performing recording, record data are stored in the volatile memory on the basis of information written in the non-contact IC means.
