<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of guiding a visually impaired person to a destination floor even if the registration information for the destination floor is released in an elevator car. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator device is equipped with a plurality of destination registration button 5 which is provided in the elevator car 1 and operated by a user, a braille board 11 displaying contents of each destination registration button 5, a voice output means 13 guiding the user in the car 1 with the voice, a registration release means 19 releasing the registration of the destination floor based on the detection signal outputted from an abnormality detection means 17 detecting abnormal operation of the destination registration button 5, and a control means 3 which outputs that the registration of the destination floor is released by the voice output means 13 when the registration of the destination floor is released by the registration release means 19.
