PHOTOGRAPHIC INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic information retrieval system by which photographic information in which only a target person appears can be found efficiently from in photographic information obtained by photographing a user of an electric apparatus. SOLUTION: The system includes: a storage medium; a reader for reading intrinsic information stored in the storage medium; an electronic apparatus connected with the reader for receiving the intrinsic information read by the reader; a photographing apparatus; and a processor connected with the electronic apparatus and the photographing apparatus. The electronic apparatus has a means for transmitting the intrinsic information received from the reader to the processor. The photographing apparatus has a means for transmitting the photographic information to the processor. The processor has: a photographic information data base for correlating the photographic information received from the photographing apparatus with the intrinsic information received from the electronic apparatus and storing it; and a means for selecting the photographic information stored in the photographic information data base correlated with the intrinsic information based on input intrinsic information in the case of selecting specific photographic information from the photographic information stored in the photographic information data base.
