PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card exhibiting high bonding strength between the terminal of an electronic component and a land and capable of realizing high capacity while reducing the size, and to provide a printed wiring board exhibiting high bonding strength to the electronic component. SOLUTION: The memory card 11 comprises the electronic component 2, and a printed wiring board 1 having a land 4 bonded to the terminal 3 of the electronic component 2 through bonding metals 7, 8, 9 and a printed wiring board body 1a arranged with the land 4.
