PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element that can be manufactured easily and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The inductance element comprises an internal core (drum core 30) wound by a coil, and an external core (pot core 20) having a storage section (storage section 25) for storing the internal core. One of the internal and external cores is rotated with a prescribed rotary axis C2 as a center, and an element value is changed by adjusting the length of a gap G formed between the outer-periphery surface of the internal core and the inner-periphery surface of the storage section.
