PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display capable of exhibiting the improved evacuation characteristic and jitter discharge characteristic. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel includes a row rib and a column rib having different height, and a dielectric constant of the rib having the higher height of the row rib and the column rib is lower than the dielectric constant of the rib having the lower height. The higher rib of the row rib and the column rib has the dielectric constant lower than the dielectric constant of the lower rib, and is consisted by at least two of the rib materials having different dielectric constant. The manufacturing method for the plasma display panel includes a step (a) for coating a paste for the row rib and the column rib on an upper part of the dielectric constant formed on glass, a step (b) for forming the row rib and the column rib having the predetermined pattern by exposing the paste for the row rib and the column rib, and a step (c) for forming the predetermined height of the rib material having the dielectric constant lower than the dielectric constant of the column rib paste on the upper part of the column rib.
