PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the conversion of the duration length of each phonemic element while naturalness is held intact. SOLUTION: The duration length generation system which generates the duration length of phonemes by voice data and the text data corresponding to the vice data includes a language analyzing means for analyzing the voice data and the text data, a pre-conversion voice analyzing means for acquiring the existence position with respect to the duration length of the phonemes based on the linguistic featured values obtained by the language analyzing means or the distribution function preset with respect to the phonemes before the conversion from the acoustic featured values, and a duration length conversion means for converting the phonemes by acquiring the duration length of to phonemes after the conversion based on the existence position obtained by the pre-conversion voice analyzing means and the distribution function with respect to the phonemes after the preset conversion.
