摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Raman spectral device and Raman spectrometric method allowing even a beginner to relatively easily align the optical axis without requiring high skill. SOLUTION: The Raman spectral device 1 radiates a laser beam for excitation for exciting Raman scattering light to a sample via a first optical system 3, and disperses the Raman scattering light from the sample with a spectroscope 4 via a second optical system 5. The first optical system 3 is provided with an incidence side objective lens 11 for collecting the laser beam for excitation, and the second optical system 5 is provided with an exit side objective lens 12 for collecting the Raman scattering light. The angle formed between a first optical axis of the laser beam for excitation passing between the incident side objective lens 11 and the sample and a second optical axis of the Raman scattering light passing between the sample and the exit side objective lens 12 is adjusted at a substantially right angle. The second optical system 5 is provided with a laser light source 25 for optical axis alignment that passes the second optical axis via the exit side objective lens 11 and radiates the laser beam for optical axis alignment to an arrangement place of the sample.
