PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition useful as a pollution-free anticorrosion agent that can be easily used for painting while taking advantage of the conventional corrosion prevention (anticorrosive) method, moreover exhibits excellent anticorrosive and electroconductive properties equivalent to or higher than those in the case of hot dipping, does not induce any thermal brittleness to a base material, does not require any additional treatment such as pore sealing, and can conduct painting work that can cope with aged deterioration without anxiety about residual stress even in the case of thick coating, and further useful as a pollution-free electromagnetic wave shielding agent that can solve problems of a conventional electromagnetic wave shielding technology and can exhibit electromagnetic wave shielding property having a uniform coating structure by a conventional painting work without selecting working place, and to provide a resin-coated member in which the surface of the base material is coated with the resin composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a resin and a clad-shaped scaly micropowder of different sort of metals containing at least either (a) Zn and/or Al formed into a scaly micropowder or (b) Cu and/or Ni formed into a scaly micropowder.
