<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having an operating part which is attached through a rotating shaft so that the tilt angle may be variable, consequently, a user who operates the apparatus while standing, and also, a handicapped user who must operate the apparatus while sitting on a wheelchair can easily view the operating part, and also, easily operate the operating part. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus used while being installed on a floor includes an image forming part for forming an image on a paper, a reading part arranged above the image forming part so as to read an original image, the operating part having a display panel and an operating key group for operating the image forming apparatus. The image forming part includes an ejection tray to which the paper on which the image has been formed is ejected on the top face of the image forming part, and the operating part is positioned above the front side of the ejection tray, and attached to the front side of the recording part through the rotating shaft, and also, the tilt angle of the operating part is variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
