POWDERED FOOD CONTAINING alpha-1,4-GLUCAN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered food intended for solving such problems that industrial convenience is not solved by conventional amylose refined from starch or starch highly containing amylose, and it is necessary to improve a point that pulverization by packaging with cyclodextrin lacks versatility.

SOLUTION: This new powdered food is produced by using α-1,4-glucan enzymatically synthesized with glucan phosphorylase.
