<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with an alignment ring of a simple structure capable of easily and surely aligning even when the bearing is loaded. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing with the alignment ring consists of a rolling bearing 1 having a plurality of rolling elements 5 between an outer ring 3 including an outer circumference surface 3a of a convex spherical surface and an inner ring 2, and the alignment ring 4 including a concave spherical surface 4a externally fitting on an outer circumference surface of an outer ring 3. Inner diameter Rϕ1 of the alignment ring 4 is set a little larger than outer diameter Rϕ2 of the outer ring 3 and curvature radius of outer diameter Rϕ2 of the outer ring 3 is set in a range of 95-99% of curvature radius of inner diameter Rϕ1 of the alignment ring 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
