PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which makes possible quick inquiry response in relation with a read content. SOLUTION: When a user who acquired the content specified by an operation input unit 101 and displayed and read by a display processor 102 performs call originating for inquiring to an information processing apparatus which an operator who uses the read content employs, a television phone calling part 113 with inquiry information adds content information which specifies this content as the inquiry information and can transmit. The information processing apparatus receiving the call termination to which this content information is added outputs and displays the content information received when a message is received, and can answer to this call termination by the operator optimum to inquire this content information. Moreover, a content analysis part 112 analyzes the displayed and read content, acquires the above content information for the inquiries, and may accumulate it in an inquiry information accumulator 114 beforehand.
