PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting substrate capable of preventing each of joining portions from being damaged by reducing a stress applied to each of the connection portions between a power feeding electrode of a built-in antenna and a short circuit electrode thereof and between a power feeding land of a circuit board and a short circuit land thereof, when a case is deformed due to impact of fall etc. , and to provide a portable radio device. SOLUTION: The antenna mounting substrate includes the thin and long built-in antenna 15 having the power feeding electrode section and the short circuit electrode, and the circuit board 4 having the power feeding land and the short circuit land. In the mounting substrate, the power feeding electrode section of the built-in antenna 15 is joined to the power feeding land of the circuit board 4 via the joining portion 9a, and the short circuit electrode of the built-in antenna 15 is joined to the short circuit land of the circuit board 4 via the joining portion 9b.
