PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe and easily usable safety check system developed as low cost and acquiring information about its own member from a safety registration/check service operated by a cellular phone entrepreneur. SOLUTION: A safety check server 1 for checking safety of its own organization member is provided. The safety check server is provided with a member database 111 storing data about the own member, a safety information database 11 storing safety information about the own member, a communication means accessing a cellular phone IP communication network 3 and the Internet 3, a urgency notification means urging the own member to write information in a disaster message board database, and an information acquisition means acquiring information from the disaster message board database in a disaster message board management server via a communication means to store the acquired information as safety information in the safety information database.
