PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more certainly transmit presence of an obstacle present around a vehicle with a small burden on a driver. SOLUTION: A plurality of sensors, e.g. an infrared sensor and an ultrasonic sensor are disposed to the vehicle to detect the obstacle present around the vehicle. Information related to the detected obstacle or the like is transmitted by stimulating a skin sense (a tactile sense, heat or the like) of an occupant of a driver's seat, a front passenger seat or the like. Because transmitting the information around the vehicle without depending on a hearing sense or a sight sense of the driver, the driver can recognize a situation around the vehicle detected by the sensor through the skin sense while concentrating on driving operation and periphery confirmation by the hearing sense and the sight sense of the driver oneself.
