PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat capable of freely deforming curved shape of brim depending on taste of user, and stably sustains the shape until the next deforming operation. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the hat with deformable brim comprising a core material composed of two or more flexible sheets having surfaces hard to slide and the sheets are laminated in closely contacting but not sticking state. The core material has a close contact structure so that the laminated core material bows by the slide of contacting faces of each laminated material when a force to bow the brim is added to the brim and sustains the bowing state by the frictional force produced between each contact face when the force to bow the brim is removed.
