PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for the skin, excellent in percutaneous absorption of vitamin As, specific vitamin Cs and xanthine derivatives. SOLUTION: The external preparation for the skin, excellent in percutaneous absorption of the vitamin As, the specific vitamin Cs and the xanthine derivatives contains a phospholipid and a glycol ether.
