PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semen collecting sanitary article which is used when helping ejaculation conduct by wife's hand for smoothening a sex life of husband and wife who cannot do insertion act due to illness or the like and strengthening mental bond, or when helping masturbation for a physically handicapped person, or the like. SOLUTION: A folded part is formed by folding outward the peripheral edge of the opening part of a bag for covering a male organ which employs an elastic material such as a silicone which does not have bad influence to the skin, and by fixing the peripheral edge to the bag body. Notches are cut in the folded part so as to be able to insert two of the thumb and either of other fingers, and antislips are formed on the inner side face of the bag body.
