PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon controller for an endoscope apparatus capable of reducing the number of pedals and improving operability by performing a plurality of processings by selecting a pedal of a foot switch device. SOLUTION: The balloon controller 100 supplies and sucks air to/from a first balloon 60 mounted on the insertion part 12 of an endoscope 10 and a second balloon 80 mounted on an insertion assisting tool 70. In the balloon controller 100, corresponding to the number of times of operation of the pedals 192A and 192B of the foot switch device within prescribed timeα, the switching between the pressurization and depressurization of the first balloon 60 and the second balloon 80 or the stop processing of the pressurization and the depressurization is selected and performed.
