PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the setting of the swing starting position of an operation arm and the installation position of a backrest pad even if a user takes a sitting posture. SOLUTION: This training machine 1 trains the erector spinae muscles by the operation arm 2, and the operation arm 2 is provided with a main arm 20 connected to a weight 400 and swingably supported, the backrest pad 21 swingably provided in the main arm 20 and receiving a contact pressure of the back central part of the user having the training, a setting lever 23 as a selecting means for selecting the installation position of the backrest pad 21, a setting grip 24 as a selecting means for selecting the swing starting position of the main arm 20, a positioning part 25 provided with positioning holes 251 for fixing the installation position, and a change plate 26 provided with positioning holes 261 for fixing the swing starting position.
