<p>A vehicular tire sidewall cover is adapted to fit between the rim of a vehicle wheel and a tire mounted thereon. The cover has annular ribs adjacent to the tire and rim to assure an airtight seal and is of sufficiently sturdy elastomer to allow a bias against the tire. An alternative embodiment includes an overhanging lip which protects the wheel rim from dents and scrape.</p> |
