Input electrical circuit UK supplied by a stabilizer ST that adjusts input electrical energy to characteristic electric levels required for energy supply to devices, while indicator diod LED1 informs on carrying out the power supply. Switch on a key P1 of the device initiates processes of complete mainenance of a battery BAT. The circuit of an electronic programmable-microcontroller MK to the algorithm represented in the description carries out and controlls all the processes of complete maintenance to the battery BAT. Microcontroller circuit MK is coupled with electric circuit PRu to speed up discharge of a battery BAT, with a circuit PRn for normal discharge of a battery, by a circuit PU to charge in the battery BAT where electric current of charging is programmed according to the intensity and time flow through electric switch circuit PU wherein is set a resistor R through which electric current of charge flows while voltage changes on the resistor R are followd by a programme from microcontroller MK and are numerically displayed on LCD display in amper-hours (Ah) as numerical data on the quantity of electric energy Q being converted inside the battery BAT (i.e. data on the quantity of the battery feed BAT). Electrical breaking switch ON maintains the level of supply in the battery BAT so that the flow of adding current automatically starts upon completion of the process of charge and ends up to the moment of taking up the battery BAT for use. Pressing a key (P4) initiates a process of conditioning the battery BAT by a programme the algorithm of which is inbuilt in the electronic programmable-microcontroller MK. Level of charged battery BAT is shown numerically on LCD display in amper-hours (in Ah). Diode LED1 informs users on the presence of supply of the devices and all electronic circuits by required electric energy; LED2 informs on regular coupling poles of a battery to the device, while LED3 gives information on carrying out all the planned processes in line with charging battery BAT. Indicator LED4 informs on the completion of the charging process and that the battery BAT is set in the process of keeping the level of charging, and LED5 carries out that the process of conditioning the battery BAT is in progess.
