The present invention relates to a packaging machine, especially a vertical type packaging machine for producing tubular bags from a planar film (2) which is stored on one role (5), whereas the machine comprises at least two forming shoulders (3, 3') and at least two filling tubes (4) and cutting means (10) to cut the planar film into a number of lanes (2, 2'') of film equivalent to the number of forming shoulders.
