<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization apparatus which has a simple structure and which is capable of efficiently conducting the deodorization relating to a deodorization apparatus using electrolytic water while controlling to a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An acidic water is produced in the proximity of the anode and a basic water is produced in the proximity of the cathode by electrolysis of saline of an electrolyzer. A gas-liquid contact parts 78, 80 are arranged in a series at the flowing direction gas containing odor. The acidic water from the electrolyzer is introduced to the gas-liquid contact part 78 to bring the gas into the gas-liquid contact and the basic water from the electrolyzer is introduced into the gas-liquid contact part 78 to bring the gas into the gas-liquid contact.
