<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextrusion laminated film more excellent in production efficiency than before, enhanced in interlaminar strength, causing no crack in a resin layer and uniform in the thicknesses of respective layers. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film is constituted by laminating films (B-layers) comprising a polynorbornene resin on both sides of a film (A-layer) comprising a polystyrenic resin through adhesive layers (C-layers). Each of the C-layers comprises a composition constituted of 40-98 wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyethylene resin, 1-59 wt.% of a sticking agent and 1-59 wt.% of a specific thermoplastic elastomer and the melt flow rate of the composition [measured at 190°C under a load of 21.18 N (condition D) according to JIS K 7210] is 2.5 g/10 min or above.
