<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for assembling a press-molding die which can assemble the molding die by accommodating a molding blank in a state where it is disposed at an appropriate position on the molding surface of the lower die even when the lower die has a convex surface and a method for producing an optical element, and further to provide a device for assembling a press-molding die which is also applicable to a molding method in which the molding die equipped with an upper die and a lower die is not immobilized and, while it is transferred within the device, appropriate treatments are subsequently applied, and which can efficiently mass-produce a highly accurate optical element and a method for producing an optical element. <P>SOLUTION: A molding material 50 is press-molded by holding the molding material 50 supplied on a molding surface 21 of a lower die 20 by a holding member 40 arranged on the molding surface 21 of the lower die 20, by allowing a barrel die 30 in which an upper die 10 is incorporated and the lower die 20 to approach each other relatively, by retreating the holding member 40 from between the barrel die 30 and the lower die 20 after a part of the molding material 50 is inserted into the barrel die 30, and by press-molding the molding material 50 between the lower die 20 and the upper die 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
