PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visibly display a route to be advanced in a branch point, when a high-level structure exists in the vicinity of the branch point of a road, in a navigation system for a vehicle for displaying a guide route on a three-dimensional map including the high-level structure such as a high-level road. SOLUTION: A changed three-dimensional map lowered in a view point position and reduced in a depression angle is displayed in the case where an arrow mark for route guide display is overlapped with the high-level structure, when a route guide indicating an advancing direction of the vehicle in the branch point is displayed using an enlarged diagram by the three-dimensional map, in route guide processing. The road corresponding to the guide route with one portion or the whole concealed behind the high-level structure is thereby displayed shiftedly from the high-level structure. The high-level structure is thereby eliminated or moderated from the overlapping with the arrow mark as the route guide display indicated on the road corresponding to the guide route, so as to enhance visual easiness for the route guide display.
