PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast control system which can deliver a message effectively without complicatedness. SOLUTION: On the basis of the moving conditions of a vehicle recognized by a moving conditions recognition means 382 and map information, when broadcasting an occupant of broadcast information for calling attention to the movement of the vehicle, the broadcast information, which is superimposed on guidance information which is outputted by an output means 200 to guide the movement of the vehicle in accordance with the moving conditions on the basis of the map information by a guidance means 383, is outputted by the output means 200 under the condition that the occupant cannot recognize by a broadcast control means 387. Even when the broadcast is repeated, the occupant is not given an unpleasant feeling. Repeated output can provide the occupant with subliminal effect which calls attention latently, allowing the occupant to sufficiently call attention.
