PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump which always holds an amount of feeding liquid constant by regulating the movement of an elastic tube between the inner face of a circumference of a housing and the outer peripheral face of a pressing roller, and solves a possibility of breaking the elastic tube, an ink cleaning apparatus equipped with the tube pump like this, and an inkjet recording apparatus equipped with the ink cleaning apparatus like this. SOLUTION: In the housing 30, a rotating shaft 40 and a disc 42 rotating around it are provided, and the pressing roller 44 moving to the inside in the radial direction by rotating the disc in one direction and to the outside in the radial direction by rotating the disc in another direction, is freely rotatably equipped. By making the outer peripheral face 46 of the pressing roller into a tapered crosssectional shape, by providing a plurality of the pressing rollers on the disc and making a part of these pressing rollers and the remaining outer peripheral faces into reversely tapered crosssectional shapes, or by making the pressing roller into a hand drum shape to support it by the outer peripheral face, and the elastic tube is held by separating it from the disc between the inner face of the circumference of the housing.
