PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily approach an image RT apparatus to a plurality of inspected objects arranged within a factory plot to carry out efficiently X-ray inspection work in a short time. SOLUTION: An elevation driving unit 21 for holding an X-ray radioscopic device comprising a radiation generator 4 and an image intensifier 5 onto a set-up column 2 turned around a vertical axis with respect to an operation frame 10 via a support member 17 moving vertically along the set-up column 2, and for elevating an X-directional running roller device 11 is provided in the operation frame 10 running using as wheels the X-directional running roller device 11 and a Y-directional running roller device 12 provided with drive units respectively, and the radiation generator 4 and the image intensifier 5 are installed opposedly each other in end parts of a C-shaped arm 3 attached rotatably to the support member 17 to constitute the image RT apparatus.
