摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fulcrum bearing device capable of reducing oscillating torque of a pulley arm and preventing noise generation. SOLUTION: A shaft insertion hole 8 is provided in the pulley arm 5 supporting a tension pulley 4 and energized in a direction in which the tension pulley 4 presses a belt by a hydraulic auto-tension 6. A cylindrical fulcrum shaft 10 is inserted by a plain bearing 9 incorporated inside the shaft insertion hole 8. The fulcrum shaft 10 is fixed by fastening a bolt 12 which is inserted into the fulcrum shaft 10 and washers 11 abutting on both ends of the fulcrum shaft 10. Large-diameter recessed parts 14 are provided in opening end parts at both ends of the shaft insertion hole 8. Seal rings 15 are incorporated into inside of the recessed parts 14 by providing interferences in the thrust direction to reduce oscillating torque of the pulley arm 5.
