PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-cooling blade inhibiting high temperature fluid flowing along an outer periphery from flowing back in film cooling holes. SOLUTION: The film-cooling blade has a cooling passage 20 formed inside and a turbulator 48 provided to extend crosswise a flow direction of cooling fluid and to project from a wall 10 of the cooling passage 20, wherein the film cooling holes 10 are formed in the wall 10 for introducing the cooling fluid of the cooling passage 20 to an outer surface to perform film cooling.
