摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the speed of a door when closed, via a flow control valve. SOLUTION: This door hinge unit comprises a rotor having a first spiral which is formed clockwise from the upper dead center to the 180°lower dead center of the cylindrical body of the rotor 6 to be turned with the opening/closing of the door and a second spiral which is formed clockwise from the upper dead center to the 360°lower dead center of the first spiral at an intersection between the face of the first spiral extending vertically from the lower dead center and the upper face of the cylindrical body, and a piston 20 having two strips of spirals having slide contact with the first spiral and the second spiral of the rotor, respectively, and arranged in a cylinder filled with viscose fluid. A spring is compressed by moving down the piston with the turning of the rotor following the opening of the door, and at the same time the viscose fluid is moved to the rotor side via a check valve. When closing the door, the piston is moved up with the elastic restoring force of the spring and the viscose fluid flows down through the flow control valve.
