PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growing agent composition exhibiting excellent hair growth promoting effects when applying externally to the scalp, especially excellent in hair quality improving effects, such as elasticity and stiffness of the hair, sustaining the improving effects, and making use feeling good. SOLUTION: The hair growing agent comprises (A) an amphiphilic polymer, and (B) at least one selected from 6-benzylaminopurine represented by general formula (I) and derivatives thereof.
