PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly protect a car body and an engine, without directly applying external force to the engine when a vehicle overturns, while being small and lightweight in a guard member. SOLUTION: A muffler installing bracket 30 separate from the engine 20 of a swing type power unit 50, is installed in a rear part of a right side crankcase 21R, and the guard member 40 is supported by and fixed to the muffler installing bracket 30. The guard member 40 is formed by integrally forming a plate-like member 41 and an extension part 42 extended rightward from the plate-like member 41, and a closed loop of a front view hollow square shape is formed of the plate-like member 41 and the extension part 42. The power unit 50 is positioned on the vehicle center side in a front view to a virtual straight line L1 abutting from the outside on a lower part 54a of a rear wheel 54 and the extension part 42 of the guard member 40 in a front view.
