PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer the clip with tab function conveniently usable, when a clip is inserted into the documents whereabouts of the inserted documents is immediately identifiable, and when it is taken out the documents can be taken out quickly. SOLUTION: The invention refers to the clip with a tub function formed in a hook construction or in a clip construction where a steel wire, after it is bent to a predetermined shape of a clip, extends itself to form a tab bent back and protruding on the same plane surface and at a position adjacent to the upper part of the main body of clip.
