PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing press which can easily quickly raise a printing table with necessary minimum limit by a small number of operators, can easily quickly carry out maintenance and repair of driving mechanism, adjusting mechanism or the like of an air pocket part, can utilize going up and down means for raising the printing table only in necessity, can avoid cost up of a screen printer and is excellent in an economical efficiency. SOLUTION: A printing table 20 is formed by dividing into left and right divided parts 21, 22. A going up and down means 41 is respectively provided at front and rear end parts of left and right end parts of an air pocket part 17, either one side of the left and right divided parts 21, 22 is made to go up and down, and a driving mechanism, an adjusting mechanism or the like stored in the air pocket part 17 are inspected and adjusted. The going up and down means 41 is formed by a female screw 43, a screw shaft 45 threaded with the female screw 43, a crank arm part 47 connected to upper parts and a receiving part 49 provided at a position opposed to a lower end 45a of a screw shaft 45 of the air pocket part 17.
