PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-permeable resin hose excellent in interlayer adhesion and also in low permeability to a fuel, a refrigerant and the like. SOLUTION: The low-permeable resin hose comprises a tubular inner layer 1, an intermediate layer 2 formed on its outer periphery, and an outer layer 3 formed on its outer periphery. The inner layer 1 is formed using the below-mentioned component (A), the intermediate layer 2 is composed of a single layer film or a multilayer film provided with a chromium-based oxide thin film, and the outer layer 3 is formed using a polyamide resin. The component (A) is a material for the inner layer mainly composed of an engineering plastic having barrier properties against at least either of the fuel and the refrigerant.
