PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost die device in which a punch is fixed by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This die device is provided with a punch 32 having a tapered part in the base part, an upper die 41a composed of a punch plate 34 having a punch mounting hole 340 for inserting and fixing the punch 32 and a lower die 41b which is fit to the upper die 41a. The tapered part 34a of the punch mounting hole is provided in a portion of the punch mounting hole 340 so as to correspond to the tapered part 32b of the punch and the punch 32 is inserted into the punch plate 34 and fixed so that the tapered part 32b of the punch is coincident at the tapered part 34a of the punch mounting hole. The cost of the die device is reduced by eliminating complicated machining since the fixing parts of the punch 32 and the punch plate 34 are formed only by the tapered parts worked into a planar shape.
