PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment machine in which the garbage stuck to the periphery of a throw-in port does not go rotten. SOLUTION: The garbage treatment machine 1 comprises a treatment tank 2 in which thrown-in garbage is agitated and decomposed by a microbe. The treatment tank 2 has the throw-in port 5 for throwing garbage in the treatment tank. The throw-in port 5 is sealed by a throw-in cover 6.
