PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the service work of employees by retrieving a table number with vacant seats corresponding to the number of persons which are inputted from an input means for registering the number of guests from a storage means and displaying the retrieved table number. SOLUTION: A POS terminal equipment 1 stores the table number inputted from a POS side input means 3 in a POS side storage means 4 and transmits the stored table number to a meal ticket selling machine 2 by a POS side communication means 6 with a communication line 10. The transmitted data is received by the communication means 14 of the meal ticket selling machine 2, the received data is stored in the storage means 12, a control means 15 retrieves the table number with the vacant seats corresponding to the registered number of persons which are inputted from the input means 11 from the storage means 12 and the retrieved table number is displayed in a display equipment 17 by a display means 13. Thus, the service work of the employees is simplified. |
